June 2010 - Community First launches a red hot rate on the McGrath Pink Visa Card
|
Community First announced that all applicants who apply for a McGrath Pink Visa Card between 1st June and 31st July 2010 will receive a super low rate of 5.99%p.a. on all purchases, balance transfers AND cash advances.
The offer is unique as unlike other lenders who charge up to 21%p.a. on cash advances, card holders would pay the same low rate of 5.99%p.a. during the 6 month period.
At the end of the 6 months, the card reverts to one of Australia's lowest ongoing rates of 10.99%p.a.

March 2010 - Community First donates the pink Cruiser to the McGrath Foundation

In March 2010, we donated our McGrath Pink Cruiser to the McGrath Foundation. The level of support received from friends of the McGrath Foundation on Facebook was very positive and the McGrath Foundation commented:
"A big thank you to our friends at Community First for their generous donation of the hot pink PT Cruiser which will be seen driving around Sydney by the latest addition to the McGrath Foundation Family, our McGrath Clinical Nurse Educator, Kim Kerin-Ayres. Make sure you wave at Kim if you see the PT Cruiser!"

December 2009 - McGrath Foundation Gala Dinner 2009
|
The McGrath Foundation Gala Dinner was held on Friday 4th December. Hosted by Karl Stefanovic, ambassador for the McGrath Foundation, it was a great night to help celebrate Christmas and raise money for the McGrath Foundation.
It was also the night the McGrath Pink Visa Credit Card dress was unveiled. It was worn by Lisa, Community First's Online Concierge and was a hit. Here are some some photos from the evening:

Effective 11 August 2009. Community First will donate $20 to the McGrath Foundation from the annual fee for each McGrath Pink Visa card.
